I highly recommend this establishment for all your chocolate needs. Not only because they are by far the finest quality chocolate in the entire Okanagan, but because they go above and beyond in their service.
As I now spend my winters in Mexico, I wanted to send a box of special chocolates to a very special friend in Vernon for Christmas. The lovely lady who owns Cottons not only personally delivered the chocolates to my elderly shut in friend…she also stopped to pickup and deliver her favorite coffee treat from Tim Hortons! She even took the time to have a chat with her……Now THATS what I call GREAT SERVICE!!! I CAN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!
